I did point them to this blog post so that at least they know that I have the ability to tell many others about my experiences. I'd rather spend 20 minutes on a website than 2 hours in a store. Unfortunately, what happened today is just too much to tolerate. The other supermarket is Publix and it is a lot better. Where I live, there is a supermarket called Acme, which I think is related to Albertsons because the baskets have both the Acme, Albertsons, and 3 other logos on them, and the generic products have identical packaging. I go to Acme, just because it's so much closer than the other store, but it definitely doesn't have as much selection as the other.
