I was talking to Haruko recently, and she gave me the most devastating news… The next sword I was going to work on, inspired by a fantastic drawing I had seen some time ago, is already being done for the C:SI system by Ayame. Apparently she’s not only already working on it, but has made a fair bit of progress.
I am so bummed 
Well, it’s cool, I guess. Ayame is insanely talented, and has the mad skillz to make the weapon right, so all of you guys will still get the killer weapon. But I wanted to do it *pouts*.
So now I’m seeking inspiration for my next weapon. I have a Jian in the works, but I don’t think I want to have to dig into another new set of animations that heavy right now, with my schedule being what it is, so I’m going to be looking for more of a traditional katana style that I can re-use at least a few of my existing animations.
