There have been severe problems EACH DAY since I wrote this post, and despite the problems I’ve tried to “get back into” Second Life.

But I can’t log in now, so…

I’m honestly thinking I should have made my “vacation” longer

but i do blame them … oh gosh … gotta run … sl is up again

Ah, thanks for the good “first laugh of the morning”. Yup, there’s plenty to complain about, but I’m not leaving, lol.

but i do blame them for publishing bogus failure reports in their blog, not informing their clients/users about whats (really) happening, not letting their users vent their opinions inhouse;

but i do blame them for letting a large number of serious bugs smother on for months while the entire staff apparently hunts down new phantastic features;

but i do blame them for running an application that they apparently have lost control over;

but i do blame them …. oh gosh … gotta run .. sl is up again

I’d hate to actually feel compelled to ban people from coming here, but I’d do it in a heartbeat for Prokky.

Stop living in the past and use RSS feeds!!

Wow. I can’t believe everyone who would normally post their complaints on the Linden Blog are coming here and dumping them. Some of them don’t even seem to realize they’re not posting on the official blog! I’m just waiting for Usagi Musashi to post here; then your blog will have officially become the Linden Lab complaint box.

In all seriousness, I’m not blaming everything on the Lindens. I am quite familiar with hardware issues, network problems, and any of the myriad other things that can go wrong. Believe me.

But I reserve my right to rant about problems of this magnitude. I’m sure most of the people who’ve left comments feel the same.

I do praise the Lindens as well, though I admit not as often as I should. That just wasn’t my first reaction to this news, as I’m sure most people could imagine.

First thing is first. With so many people joining every day, the fact that Char is up to her neck in B.S applications for volunteer/lindenship that can never keep their end up(that seriously makes it harder for those who want to do something besides protect other users ), and the fact greifers are FAR outnumbering those of us that are willing to put our accounts on the line to protect others… and we have nothing but weapons bought IN WORLD to help for the majority, that deosnt help either, since we have the “problems” with transactions here.

So its not ALL Linden Labs fault, it has to do with US(the users) of SL as well(allthough most i can think of is based on the SL codeing).

On another note, ther should be demi-lindens, in world, with the power to kick or temp-ban users, not that im whining, but an OFFICIAL linden police force(not sayin id joion though, too much paperwork) to deal with the in world greifers would be a DAMN good idea to cut down on the “IDIOTS” that plague Second Life.
