Slammed, not dead

Yeah, haven’t updated the blog lately, and haven’t been seen in-world for most of a week.

That’s mostly because I am slammed with RL responsibilities right now. Those who know me in-world know that I spend a pretty large amount of time in Second Life most of the time. The problem with that is that I am a part owner of an RL business, and although this affords me a pretty flexible schedule most of the time, this is not one of those times

    Hey Robby-

Good to know everything is well… was wondering where you were hiding this past week :)

Hopefully see you around more soon :)

I was actually signed in this morning, haha.

I’m almost done with the crap that’s keeping me busy, hopefully as soon as today, though that depends on the meeting I have to have this morning :(

This is why I always file my taxes about ten minutes after receiving my W2’s in January ;)

Sorry that I missed you, though. Hopefully will catch you on later today if you’re done with all your afk… erm… I mean, real-life stuff =D

Many interesting things to discuss hehehe

Yeah, I wish that I could do that. Unfortunately, 2006 was a crazy year for me… I went from being an employee in one company to joining the owners of that company in founding a new company where I am a partner/owner, which complicated taxes a little :)

And to top that off, I have to deal with issues of the IRS coming after me for taxes I do not owe from 2003 because some jackass I used to work for filed some fraudulent information. I already kicked his ass in court for other unrelated issues (actually, 75% of his employees joined me on that particular case), but he’s still a thorn in my side with this.

And if you’ve ever had the IRS come after you for four-year-old taxes that they think you owe, then you know why this is taking so much of my time.

Two things I really hate right now: The IRS and attorneys :(
