Yeah, haven’t updated the blog lately, and haven’t been seen in-world for most of a week.
That’s mostly because I am slammed with RL responsibilities right now. Those who know me in-world know that I spend a pretty large amount of time in Second Life most of the time. The problem with that is that I am a part owner of an RL business, and although this affords me a pretty flexible schedule most of the time, this is not one of those times

3pointD.com » Blog Archive » Wii Interface for SL as Soon as Friday?
I will have more to say on my thoughts just as soon as I am not slammed with work, but I do not want to take the risk of losing the link above.
Think about this: Wii-mote and C:SI or SCS swords……..

There is a new post on Jennyfur Peregrine’s blog about another SL citizen (Feliciaa Feaver) who has recently lost the battle with cancer. Those of you that participate in the SCS and C:SI Second Life communities are also likely to be aware of the recent battle of Amber Suising, who was an outstanding warrior and an inspiration to many.
As always, I am touched and saddened by these stories of people I have never met in real life - or in Feliciaa’s case even in Second Life. I suppose that comes from being part of a family where cancer is unfortunately present through multiple generations, and my own fears that I too will someday have to face this spector firsthand.
My best wishes and condolences go out to the friends and family of Feliciaa.
Many of you may not be aware of the fact that there are people supporting the American Cancer Society in-world by setting up donation points and organizing events like Relay for Life. I have a donation kiosk at my store in Shrouded Isle, they can also be found on Samurai Edo within the battle area right next to the leader board, and in places like the mall at Luna and scattered about all over the grid.
Please take a brief moment to drop a donation at any one of these kiosks. Any donation is appreciated, and they really do add up.

Many of you are probably already aware of the recent advertising policy changes introduced by Linden Labs, but as a convenience to those of you viewing this blog in-world with the itty-bitty browser that Linden Labs has given us, I quote a relevant part below:
“Linden Lab has decided that we will not accept any classified ads, place listings, or event listings that appear to relate to simulated casino activity”
